TOCItemSettings doesn't save from alert modal

Steps to reproduce

• open a map
• select a layer in toc
• open settings
• select style tab
• close settings
• click on save in alert modal

Expected Result

• TOCItemSettings will close

Current Result

• Modal is still in view an no actions are performed (error in console)
