Allow the user to set in the animation options window some options like:

• timer interval of the animation (how many seconds for next animation step)
• Other animation options depending on the mode.

Note: Disable proper tools when not available

• when no guide layer is selected, options of animation step should be disabled
• Disable tools during animation
  • user can only use playback controls: play, pause, stop, forward, backward
  • User should not be able to
    - edit playback settings
    - Move cursors in the timeline
    - Change the leading layer
