Description

localConfig.json contains some obsolete configuration.

We should review them and use default where possible.

Acceptance Criteria:

• localConfig.json should be simplified and old configuration that are not used anymore
• Where possible and enough easy, improve plugin's default configs to make the configuration as shorter as possible.
