Description

If you try to edit and existing chart's filter with cross-layer filtering set, the cross-layer filter automatically disable on startup.

In case of Bug (otherwise remove this paragraph)

Steps to reproduce

• Open a new or existing map
• Create a chart setting a cross layer filter
• Add the chart to the map
• Edit the chart (Edit from widget's menu)
• Edit the query panel's filter (clicking on filter button)

Expected Result

• I see exactly the same filter

Current Result

• The cross layer filter panel collapses (disabling it). So the cross layer filter have to be inserted again.
