Description
When a user (No Admin) opens a resource he is granted to view, the save as button is not available but it should be.
How to reproduce
As an example take this map https://dev-mapstore.geosolutionsgroup.com/mapstore/#/viewer/60089
- As a normal user login into MapStore and open a resource (e.g. a map for which the user does't have edit permissions)
Expected Result
The map should have the 'Save As' button allowing the user to create a copy of the map
Current Result
The map does not have the 'Save As' button and the user cannot create a copy of the map
