If a user accesses MS as admin the two section indicated can be reached only from Home page
How to reproduce
- Login as admin
- Open the users's menu: the Manage Tags section is there reported and clickable
- Open the Manage Accounts section (or the other one as per issue title)
- Open the user's menu
