Temporary workaround for documentation URL validation failure

Should fix the error in OSS Catalog crawling (source). This is likely caused by the documentation URL being fetched from a GitHub Action runner, which may be blocked as automated traffic (bot protection), resulting in the request being rejected or not resolved. |
