Some admin.ch hosts like uvek-gis.admin.ch don't support yet CORS, therefore they still need to go through proxy.
PB-1006: Fixed CORS issue with admin.ch hosts
All geometries were interpreted as polygons, meaning a line was counted back and forth (doubling the length...)
PB-1007: fix doubling of length value
