Thanks Ed. I ran into this in my new exploration of GitHub Actions too. I think we'll probably just migrate or something.. we're low volume but it seems like Travis is super limited even for our use cases now. |

The
HACKINGfile is/was referenced inMakefile.am,README.md, andsupport/gearmand.spec.in. These references should have been changed toCONTRIBUTING.mdwhenHACKINGwas renamed. This PR addresses that oversight. Also included are minor changes (mostly whitespace and added commas) toREADME.md.
