  • add FAQ for when a tool can't be found
    • Add this to every tutorial's FAQ page(?)
  • Move FAQs from last year's Smorg Google Docs
  • Rework FAQ landing page
  • Collapse all FAQs on the FAQ list pages (e.g. even if they're hands-on boxes)
  • Add authors to FAQs (& retroactively)
  • Point to FAQ page more prominently on tutorials (any suggestions on how?)
  • Update Planemo to add faq directory and index page to all tutorial folders
  • Link to galaxy FAQs and topic-level FAQ pages from individual/tutorial FAQ pages
  • connect Galaxy FAQs to a Galaxy release version, allow switching (likely a future PR)

@jennaj I will be working on FAQs in coming days, if you want to join in for moving some of the hub FAQs?

edit: I will finish import from smorg and other remaining items in a follow-up PR

This looks amazing @shiltemann such a massive improvement in FAQs.

I've tested locally, it looks great, works great.
