Hi,
In last version of Galaxy, the tool input for a workflow step in
tool_statesis identified usingConnectedValueand notRuntimeValueanymore.This change broke the training generation: not failing but the input files for steps were not displayed anymore.
This PR fixes that and updates the test workflow with both
ConnectedValueandRuntimeValueattributes.
