Also sort lists only when needed.

Example output:

[tools-iuc]$ planemo ci_find_repos --exclude_from .tt_blacklist --changed_in_commit_range "b3426aed6615742d96dfb8f7346a9e0d4e391a99...555bc03460f19d489478c0204bd9bc310bc8cb47" --output changed_repositories.list
