- Default to using cwltool for the testing engine if all artifacts are CWL (can force old Galaxy mode with --engine galaxy).
- Build better CWL tests with tool_init so an actual job file is generated and can be demonstrated in the documentation.
- Update test format output notations to allow using either CWL-like (path/location) attributes or Galaxy-like (file) attributes.
- Fill out more intro to CWL documentation to show this stuff off.
- Remove unwanted metadata from example tools.
