Should work with
planemo test --engine toil <workflow|tool>andplanemo run --engine toil <workflow|tool> <job>. After #828, this should also work nicely with--biocontainersto use BioContainers by default and--no-containers(to test or run with Conda resolution ofSoftwareRequirements).More information on Toil can be found at https://github.com/BD2KGenomics/toil.
