No description provided.

Clearly that option was never tested :(.
…_option.

This will be more consistent with an option that actually specifies Galaxy's database.

 - Add a ``--daemon`` flag and a ``--pid-file`` option.
 - Refactor API interactions to be slightly higher-level and usable outside planemo.shed.
 - Implement test case for this.
Namely --file_path, --database_connection, --shed_tool_conf, --shed_tool_path. Each default-able in ~/.planemo.yml.

Add some initial and basic tests for ``planemo.galaxy.config`` and rework pre-seeding database ahead of implementing profiles for the above options.
Specify ``--profile <name>`` with serve, test, or their shed counterparts to maintain a Galaxy database and set of shed installs across invocations.
