- booleans as select parameter
- quote many text, data parameters

planemo normalize --expand_macrosputs the macros into the XML file and I don't think this is needed - remove interpreter tag
- generated test data was empty
- planemo should not fetch the sqlite database, it should ship the database with the package (xref Planemo without public internet #617)
