@martindurant I'm a bit confused by 2025.3.2 being on PyPI but there not being a matching tag in this repo - https://github.com/fsspec/filesystem_spec/tags. Would you mind letting me know if the tags are pushed after the release? I'm trying to understand because the lack of a tag means it's not currently possible to install from git main on s3fs and fsspec for testing purposes. |

Thank you! It is helpful to have it automated to minimize the amount of your time required and align the timing of different steps. but of course it takes an up-front investment of time to add the CI |
