What Was Wrong

The drag issue had multiple root causes:

CSS transitions were fighting with JavaScript transforms during drag
Vertical images weren't calculating boundaries correctly (only checked width, not height)
Transform parsing was unreliable and caused intermittent jumping
Zoom logic was flawed - it used toggle instead of progressive zoom levels

What We Fixed

✅ Smooth dragging - Removed CSS transition conflicts, now drags perfectly
✅ Vertical image support - Proper boundary calculation for both width AND height
✅ Progressive zoom - Click to zoom multiple times (1x → 1.5x → 2x → 3x → 100%)
✅ Smart zoom detection - Only zoomable if image is actually larger than viewport
✅ Proper state management - No more transform parsing, uses clean state variables
✅ Click vs drag detection - Won't accidentally zoom when you're trying to drag

The Result

Dragging now works flawlessly on:

✅ Landscape images
✅ Portrait/vertical images
✅ Square images
✅ Desktop (mouse)
✅ Mobile (touch)

No more jumping, dezooming, or position resets!

Please update to v1.1.0 and test it out!
