It might be useful to say either in the PR or commit message what was the previous version used, as it is not shown in the diff.
Looking at the repo it seems it is upgrading from v0.6.0 to v0.6.1, but v0.6.1 introduces new features, so if we really want those new features to be available to downstream projects we should update the minimum version in pyproject.toml too.
