This PR changes the chopsticks specs, so it now uses LAOS mainnet, polkadot and polkadot asset hub instead of LAOS Venus, Paseo and Paseo Asset Hub, does making the e2e test closer to the real scenario.
Accordingly, the e2e Xcm tests are updated to use XCM V4, as polkadot asset hub uses it, and the tests fails if we stay with V3. It's important to note that the tests don't fail because the XCM isn't executed but due to format reasons => chai expects fail in things like
