MSFileReader 3.0 SP2 has a fix for the follwing; "The GetAverageMassList method was modified to work with accurate mass data from a Orbitrap Fusion instrument".
MSFileReader 3.0 SP1 includes a separate installer (MSFileReader_x86_Standalone) for Windows 7 32-bit OS. The other installer (MSFileReader_x86_x64) behaves similarly to the one released with MSFileReader 3.0. The service pack also includes a fix to the issue where in some situations, the Orbitrap Fusion RAW files would return the incorrect precursor mass.
