Here we go again. This time is definitely a bug. I made a couple of screenshots to ease. The steps are

1. Open extension Options
2. Go to Proxies tab, should have at least on proxy added, expand it.
3. Should have at least one pattern in list.
4. Press Add button (small orange button with white plus sing on it). Appears form for new pattern
5. Select content from Pattern cell from line 1 and drag it to Title cell line 2.
6. Result: layout is broken.
