Description

At this point, netfox has commits by multiple contributors, aside from Fox's Sake staff. To reflect this, and say thanks, contributors should be included.

Done criteria

1. All plugin.cfg files' author fields are updated
2. A CONTRIBUTORS.md file is included in every package with a list of contributors
