Describe the bug

When the user edits the article that contains a Video Cover, removes it, and save changes, the video cover is still present as if nothing happens.

To Reproduce

1. Create Post.
2. Upload any Video Cover.
3. Save Draft or Publish it.
4. Edit the article and remove it. Then save changes.
5. The Video cover still there

Expected behavior

If the user removes the Video Cover, it should be removed after saving changes regardless if the article is in draft or publish mode
