This fixes #58 NOTE: Had to stick with Rollup for now since we generate an ESM build for this package, and Webpack 4 doesn't support ESM.

Also, fixed a bug where
<audio controls />and<video controls />elements without
tabindexattribute specified would be deemedNOT tabbable in Chrome, but would be in FireFox (see CHANGELOG
for more details).
