Describe the bug

We are seeing failures in the Helm Controller when applying a HelmRelease. The error looks like this:

failing loading "urn:example:helm:schemas:v1:helm-schema-validation-conditions:v1/helmSchemaValidation-true": no URLLoader registered for "urn:example:helm:schemas:v1:helm-schema-validation-conditions:v1/helmSchemaValidation-true"

This appears to be caused by an upstream Helm issue:

• Open issue: helm/helm#31170
• Fix PR: helm/helm#31247
• Target milestone: 3.19.1

Could you please track this upstream fix and update the Helm version bundled in Flux once it’s released? This would ensure Helm Controller users don’t hit this schema validation failure.
