This comes from breaking #5029 up into two

This PR fixes this issue:

• WebView: support attribute allowsLinkPreview for iOS flutter#69748
• (duplicate) [webview_flutter] Expose the allowsLinkPreview property in WKWebView for iOS  flutter#100783
