Code Review

This pull request updates the _verifyCodeSigning function in the Swift Package Manager integration tests to broaden the criteria for a successful code signing check. The verification now accepts output containing either 'Signature=adhoc' or 'Signature size=' to determine if a framework is correctly codesigned. I have no feedback to provide.
