Use case

I wish to open a persistent bottom sheet with a transparent background, but i cannot pass backgroundColor, or any other customizations (like elevation, shape, constraints, etc) for that matter, into Scaffold.

Proposal

Scaffold should expose bottomSheetBackgroundColor and similar, or a BottomSheetStyle class to take all of them.
