We should find ways to synchronize keyboard state when the app loses focus (maybe) and regains focus (definitely). Otherwise apps that display based on keyboard state (instead of key events) might confuse users when the app regains focus.

    • Probably already done. Fuchsia sends sync/cancel events to mark key events when unfocused.
