To avoid the CI to break while migrating the webview_flutter_platform_interface package from analysis_options_legacy.yaml to analysis_options.yaml several // ignore: prefer_const_constructor statements have been preemptively place in the webview_flutter_android package.

This issue exists as a reminder to cleanup these ignore statements once the migrated version of webview_flutter_platform_interface has been published.
