#84832 seems to be a Safari bug, which was reported here: Webkit:227652.

We added a workaround to the platform_views/content_manager.dart file to _safelyRemoveSlottedElement that prevents the issue, however that workaround shouldn't be needed once the bug in Safari gets fixed.

Cleanup flutter/engine#27154 once the Safari bug is addressed.
