To take full advantage of sub-builds in the web engine builders we will need to split the felt commands as:

• A command to build the javascript.
• A command to run the tests, if possible with sharding support if their execution time is longer than a few minutes.
• A possible optimization additional optimization would be the ability to run the shards in the same machine using parallelism.
