Using direct composition allows the top level window to be created with WS_EX_NOREDIRECTIONBITMAP flag, which gets rid of redirection bitmap, reducing memory usage and increasing performance. This potentially also allows for blur effect behind flutter view.

This should be an opt-in, because direct composition is not available on Windows 7.
