Any chance the license checker could be less chatty with its output?

Today, it pretty-prints a progress bar, which works out to a bizarre output on CI because of lack of a terminal.

Would it be possible for the license checker to keep quiet as long as there is a problem, and if there is, to print just the bare essentials needed for debugging?
