[flutter_tools] [Project.ensureReadyForPlatformSpecificTooling] should be better documented #60023
Description
The checkProjects parameter is confusing. By looking at the name, it is hard to figure out what it does.
We should add some documentation to explain what this parameter does. If there is a better name we can give to this parameter, we should also do that.
