Based on discussions with @clarkezone we may be able to unify the drawing and input handling for Win32 and UWP at the embedding layer. If we do, that would be a significant breaking change to the API, since we would no longer be exposing an HWND, so we need to make a decision on this before we can call the Windows API stable.
