Fuchsia IMEv1 is deprecated, and we're trying to migrate to IMEv2.
For Flutter specifically, at least part of that includes migrating clients off DidUpdateState usage of InputEvent .
Proposed candidate for key events, that are not part of IME is fuchsia.ui.input2.Keyboard[2], as described in http://go/tq-keyboard-events
