Currently, building Metal (to be used on newer versions of iOS) and OpenGL (fallback on older iOS versions) renderers within the same Flutter Engine requires updating the minimum iOS deployment target to 11.0. This bug tracks reconciliation of Metal and iOS versioning constraints.
