Remove --allow-warnings flag from pod lib lint pre-submit plugin tests #41444
Description
When flutter/plugins#2115 merges pod lib lint will be run on podspecs in the plugins repository on pre-submit. It would be good to fail on pod/compilation warnings on pre-submit, but some plugins currently produce warnings.
Remove the --allow-warnings flag once no plugins produce warnings.
