Pass Android MotionEvent's size to the framework

We currently omit the MotionEvents' pointer [size](https://developer.android.com/reference/android/view/MotionEvent.PointerCoords.html#size).
While apparently we do not need it in the framework, when recomposing MotionEvent objects from pointer events (in order to pass them to embedded Android views) we are missing this value.
