In #178102 (unmerged as of the creation of this issue), @ksokolovskyi added AccessibilityFeatures.autoPlayAnimatedImages, which I believe is this on native iOS: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/accessibility/animated-images. The Image widget should listen to this and not autoplay animated gifs unless it's true.
