Steps to reproduce

  1. Add Google Map to web app
  2. Enable clustering
  3. Add 200+ markers

Right now implementation of Google Maps for flutter is invoking render() after each added marker. It should render only as batch of markers added

Expected results

Fast rendering

Actual results

Speed of rendering is degrading exponentially from count of markers
