embeded_android_views_integration_test is not running in ci

Found while working on resurrecting the input verification integration test we found that [embeded_android_views_integration_test](https://github.com/flutter/flutter/blob/6a5a91800251c48c834cee5fa0c92e1d2b97262a/dev/devicelab/bin/tasks/embedded_android_views_integration_test.dart#L9) seems to not have a ci entry meaning the test exists but is not being run.
