[Impeller] Colors with ColorSpace.displayP3 are displayed incorrectly on Mac in release mode. #170203

Steps to reproduce
Run https://github.com/ksokolovskyi/family_color_picker project on MacOS in release mode with --enable-impeller option. The colors are displayed incorrectly. While in debug and profile modes, they are displayed as expected.
The issue is reproducible on both stable and master channels.
