showCupertinoSheet doesn't support detents #169832
Description
the expectation for showCupertinoSheet is to support N-height sheets (like half-height). this api is available in SwiftUI more details here
currently there's no way to show a half height cupertino sheet or drag to transition between snapping heights. while this functionality is covered by smooth_sheets it is arguably part of the core experience of building cupertino apps.
