Steps to reproduce
Run an app an android physical device with a bottom navigation bar visible (not flutter widget, the Android actual Bottom Navigation bar independent from any apps) and see it's not transparent when using the below code.
Expected results
the bottom navigation bar should be transparent
Actual results
The bottom navigation bar is always black from flutter: 3.32.1.
It's working fine on flutter: 3.29.3
