Use case

SelectionChangedCause.scribble is named for the iOS Scribble feature, but as of #148784, it is also used for Android's Scribe feature.

Proposal

We should rename it to .stylusHandwriting so that it encompasses all current and future platforms that support stylus handwriting input. If it's necessary to distinguish between the different platforms, the usual TargetPlatform can be used.
