In #154251 we are tracking that customer_testing has started to become significantly flaky, both in pre and post-submit:

• Recent runs on post-submit
• Pre-submit today (example, example)

Even for successful runs, we're within single minutes of the 30m timeout.

This test is valuable as it serves as a signal of accidental breaking changes of the Flutter SDK, as well as a smoke test of the impact of intentional breaking changes (and resolutions for them). At the same time, we don't have dedicated ownership for many of our infra tasks at the moment, including this one.

In order to not block the larger team, we'll be temporarily moving the task to bringup: true pending a prioritization decision.
