Use case
onPanStart
↓
onPanUpdate Event
↓
Widget scroll position out of range or on top of Gesture with Gesture currently enabled on the stack.
↓
onPanUpdate is alive
Proposal
In this case, it could have gone into onPanCancel, but it did.
I would like to see an option to cancel this enabled or cancelled by default.
